Alloco™ is a dark chocolate bonbon with a crunchy addition of handmade crispy plantain chips. I wanted to bring a unique African flavor into my portfolio, so I consulted with a good friend, Olivier, from Benin, West Africa to come up with the unique name and flavor. Alloco means fried plantain in Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. Thank you, Olivier!
