We make all our chocolate to order, so we ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. During warmer weather, shipping will be more expensive during the warm weather since we add cold packs and warm weather packaging to your order.
Transit business days to your location from date shipped.
- UPS Next Day Air — These shipments will be received the Next Business Day from the shipping date. The day your order is shipped will start your package time in transit. Next Day Air service guarantees a delivery time of 10 am for Commercial Addresses and 7 pm for Residential Addresses.
- UPS 2nd Day Air — These shipments will be received within 2 business days from the shipping date. The day your order is shipped will not count as a day in transit.
- UPS 3 Day Select — Ground shipping guaranteed within 3 business days, arriving at the end of the day. These shipments will be received within 3 business days from the shipping date. The day your order is shipped will not count as a day in transit.
- UPS Ground
Ground shipping from 1-5 business days depending on your location. See map for shipping days from the shipping date. Ground Shipments placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, will not be processed until the next business day. Weekend Deliveries are not available.
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot assume responsibility for any of the following:
- Delays due to the shipping company
- Damage or theft of packages after it has been delivered to the shipping address
- Packages returned to us or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address listed on your order
- Packages left unattended outside during warm weather
