I love, love, love a good chicken tikka masala dish as we used to get from Bombay Indian Restaurant (which was located a few cities from where I grew up in Connecticut) with its creamy curry sauce and phenomenal flavor. So I thought about a tasty bonbon adding a spice that I put on everything – even my eggs: curry. And Coconut Curry Tikka Masala was born. It is scrumptious with a lovely curry flavor.
