• Our Cookie Dough Balls ship ready-to-bake and cold or flash-frozen in an insulated cooler with dry ice.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• We ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday via UPS Ground, 2-day, or 2-day Air shipping.
• Your order arrives Tuesday through Saturday.
• To ensure freshness, we do not ship this item over the weekend, so cannot deliver on Sunday or Monday.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Preparation and Storage

• Upon arrival, place in the freezer.
• Store cookies in the freezer tightly wrapped in plastic.
• Unbaked cookies may be kept frozen for up to six (6) weeks if you immediately freeze.
• Once baked, cookies may be kept refrigerated for up to three (3) days or frozen for up to three (3) months.
• Instructions for baking will be included.
